Q: Do I need to do anything before you start working on the driveway?
A: The only thing we required you to do is remove any vehicles, we do the rest.

Q: How long before I can use my driveway?
A: You can walk on it in 4-5 hours and drive on it in 24 hours

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: As long as the sealer goes on before it rains it will not be affected. The sealer can not be sprayed if asphalt is wet.

Q: What’s the difference between your sealer and the store bought sealers?
A: Store bought sealers are either coletar or acrylic which are water based sealants. Your driveway is oil based. These sealants put a hard shell on your driveway not allowing it to breathe when your driveway naturally expands and contracts in hot and cold weather. The water based sealants will not expand with the driveway which causes the sealant to crack. We use 100% oil based liquid asphalt, it penetrates the asphalt allowing it to breathe. Our sealer does not crack, peal or chip.

Q: How often should I seal my driveway?
A: We recommend every 2-3 years.

Q: Why should I seal my driveway?
A: Asphalt oxidizes in the sun which causes your driveway to get dry and brittle then eventually crack. Sealing your driveway will slow/stop your driveway from cracking, saving you thousands of dollars on a new driveway. Sealing also adds a great curb appeal to your home.
